Gramonnati Sansthan has a small team of 19 staff members, headed by the director, Kalpana Khare. These staff members are suitably qualified and experienced. Except for one staff member, who is hand pump mechanic and class V pass, all other staff members are educated Intermediate and above. Four staff members are women.

The staff members hail from diverse backgrounds and include diploma engineer and doctor, apart from general qualifications. They have experiences varying from one year to 25 years.
