Who We Work With

Women and Adolescent Girls

Women and adolescent girls are at the centre of our work. We engage with them through group-based learning, awareness sessions, and leadership development to strengthen confidence, informed decision-making, and active participation in household, community, and public life.

Women with Disabilities

We work with women with disabilities through inclusive and tailored approaches that address social, structural, and attitudinal barriers. Our efforts focus on strengthening agency, access to entitlements and services, and meaningful participation, while engaging families and communities to challenge stigma and exclusion.

Elected Women Representatives

We support elected women representatives to strengthen their leadership, confidence, and understanding of governance processes. Through capacity building, mentoring, and peer learning, women leaders are enabled to participate effectively in decision-making and represent community priorities with accountability.

Local Communities and Village Leaders

We engage closely with local communities and village leaders to promote inclusive dialogue, collective responsibility, and local ownership of development processes. Special emphasis is placed on amplifying women’s voices and fostering support for women’s leadership.

Government Officials and Departments

Our engagement with government institutions focuses on facilitating access to public services and welfare schemes, strengthening coordination, and improving responsiveness to community needs through regular dialogue and field-level collaboration.

Youth Groups and Farmers

We work with youth and farmers to strengthen leadership, promote sustainable livelihoods, and encourage climate-resilient agricultural practices. Our approach supports inter-generational learning and collective action for long-term rural development.

Philanthropic Partners

We collaborate with philanthropic partners through transparent communication, shared learning, and regular engagement to strengthen programme quality, accountability, and long-term impact.
